Appointment Details

Thank you for trusting me with your hair and your health by booking an appointment with me. Here are a few things you'll need to know for your appointment. Please note, this information may be updated at any time.  I will need you to read it through and complete the form prior to every appointment. I appreciate your cooperation and understanding. 

  1. When you arrive for your appointment, please try to enter the salon not more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. This is to ensure I have time to properly sanitize in between clients.
  2. Please wear a mask to your appointment if you are not Covid-19 vaccinated. Consider wearing a paper mask for hair color appointments.   
  3. Please do not bring children who do not have an appointment with you. This is to ensure we stay on time.
  4. Please complete the survey below prior to each appointment. This will help me be prepared for your appointment and ensure proper timing for what you want to accomplish with your time with me. 

If I get sick, no one gets their hair done. If you have any Covid-19 symptoms, or any potentially contagious symptoms at all, please reschedule. If you've been in contact with someone exposed to Covid-19, please reschedule. I will give you the same courtesy. If you have any questions about this policy or need clarification on what these symptoms are, please state so here. Otherwise, comment with "Agree to Covid-19 Policy".

Client Satisfaction Guarantee I take pride, stand by and guarantee my work. If for some reason you are unsatisfied, please communicate with me personally, so that together we can come up with a plan. I am happy to help provide other alternatives which may be at the cost of the client. Client “redo’s” will only be honored if I am contacted within 7 days of the original service. If you are still unhappy with the results of a service, have consulted with me, received a redo, I will use reasonable and fair judgement on any decision to refund the client. This guarantee is void if: the client goes to a competing stylist before contacting me first &/or does not use professional/salon quality hair care products for care at home including color. Product Guarantee If you purchase a recommended styling product from me and don't find it helpful for your needs, you have 7 days to notify me that it's not working for you. I will exchange it for something of equal value. This does not apply to styling tools, such as towels, blow dryers, bonnets, brushes, irons, etc. All sales on tools are final and non-refundable. Children in the Salon Children with an appointment are welcome in the salon. Child care issues come up, but we'll have the best experience and stay on time for your appointment, without any distractions.
